The line wire spacing is more than 50mm adjustable, it can meet the requirement of various line wire spacing change.

The GWC series fully automatic steel mesh resistance welding machine is an automatic metal mesh production line developed by our company based on advanced industrial control welding technology at home and abroad. The models developed by our company have the following characteristics:
1. The main frame is made of high-quality, thick steel plates and profiles welded together, making the main structure more solid and compact.
2. Adopting imported well-known industrial control products, the system has higher security, intuitive operation, more standardized mesh size, beautiful and firm solder joints, and good consistency.
Diversified welding grid varieties, horizontal grid computer settings, can produce a variety of different grids, bringing flexibility and convenience to customers.
3. Welding adopts high-efficiency welding transformer, forced circulation water cooling, small size, energy-saving and energy-saving.
4. In order to adapt to the capacity of the user's power transformer and reduce current surge, one-time or staged phase sequence balanced discharge can be adopted according to the customer's power, that is, simultaneous pressurized and staged welding.
5. The moving parts of the equipment are made of wear-resistant alloy materials or heat-treated to ensure the overall strength and durability of the equipment.
