PU edge rockwool sandwich panel production line

Their thermal insulation, fire resistance, acoustic properties, durability, and ease of installation make them a preferred choice in various industries.
 
 
The composition of a rockwool sandwich panel production line typically includes the following components:

1. Uncoiler: This machine is used to unwind and feed the metal coils that will form the outer layers of the sandwich panel.

2. Roll forming machine: The roll forming machine shapes the metal coils into the desired profile, typically corrugated or flat,which will serve as the outer layers of the sandwich panel.

3. Glue application system: This system applies adhesive or glue onto the metal coils to ensure proper bonding with the rockwool core.

4. Rockwool insulation material: The rockwool, also known as mineral wool, is a key component of the sandwich panel.
It is typically supplied in the form of rolls or sheets and is placed between the outer metal layers.

5. Pressing machine: The pressing machine compresses the metal layers and the rockwool core together, ensuring a strong and uniform bond.

6. Cutting machine: Once the sandwich panel is formed, a cutting machine is used to trim it to the desired length.
