hydraulic, and HCFC polyurethane chemical polymerization technologies, and is composed of multiple units.
This production line adopts internationally and domestically advanced roll forming technology, HCFC polyurethane (chemical) foaming technology, composite conveying technology, frequency conversion vector technology, and hydraulic control technology.
High degree of automation: The entire line adopts a complete set of independently developed computer integrated control technologies such as
CNC servo, frequency conversion vector, and hydraulic control. It implements combined distributed overall connection, centralized control, and centralized management for each unit, and adopts automatic fixed-length random cutting mode, so that each functional part of the entire production line always maintains a constant speed operation, thus realizing fully automatic production.
It can produce various panel types such as metal hard-faced cold storage panels, metal hard-faced flat wall panels, and metal hard-faced four-wave corrugated panels.
High production efficiency: Its production speed is 2-10m/min (stepless adjustable according to panel forming requirements), and the annual production capacity can reach 1,000,000 square meters (calculated based on 250 working days per year and 10 working hours per day).
Easy operation: It adopts comprehensive computer integrated control technology. With the computer human-machine interface, under the premise that raw materials and production preparations in all parts are ready, input the required operating parameters of each functional section of the production line and the panel cutting length, and then automatic production can be realized.
